A local body client that employs over 2000 staff based at a variety of locations across the borough, is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager. Role will be central to ensuring the 200 staff are accommodated in high quality, secure and well maintained premises. Responsible for providing a comprehensive FM service, acting as the client for all building works contracts and a range of FM contracts. You will also be required to managed projects related to reactive and planned property maintenance, Providing a professional service to partners occupying our buildings. Significant experience in facilities and contract managment at a senior level is required as well as a proven ability to work on your own initiaitve in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
